It is with heavy heart that I must inform you of the loss of our friend and colleague Marty McMillan. Marty was an instrumental component to the ASIS Long Island Chapter in all of our Public/Private Partnership endeavors and activities especially our Annual Golf Outing, Person of the Year Awards Dinner and SPIN and SCAN Programs. He was a mentor, a security professional but more importantly a friend to us all, always greeting us with his big smile and "what can I do for you" attitude.
Marty had many passions, hunting and fishing with his family and friends, and his passion for technology led Marty to the founding of Intelli-Tec Security Systems in Westbury. Marty's vision and personal touch grew Intelli-Tec to be one of the leading security companies in the U.S.
In this busy time of year when all of us are busy with the hustle and bustle of everyday life, please take a minute to remember our friend Marty and his family in your prayers and take a minute to appreciate those loved ones around you.
